Until August 26, your retreat space for any full-registration package may be held with a nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 with the remainder paid by the due date below to receive the lower rates. After August 26, the full payment must be made.

submit the online registration form below AND pay by credit/debit card
using the safe and secure PayPal buttons above the form.
To REGISTER BY MAIL OR FAX/PAY BY CHECK,
you may either submit the online registration form below, or CLICK HERE
to get a PDF Form which you can complete and mail with your payment. PDF Forms also can be faxed to Prizms at: (336) 724-2524. Checks should be made payable to "Prizms" and submitted with the PDF form, which can be mailed to: Prizms/Retreat, P.O. Box 20323, Winston-Salem, NC 27120. Please include "Registrant's Name" on the memo line of your check. Payments by mail MUST BE RECEIVED by Prizms by the deadline date in order to receive early registration special rates.

Registration (after August 26): $375.00

~Full retreat program
~Double occupancy of two-bed room in BRCC lodge for Friday and Saturday nights
~Breakfasts and lunches on Saturday and Sunday (4 meals; dinners optional as add-ons below)
~12.0 Continuing Education hours
Early Registration (total paid by Friday, August 26): $285.00 per person (or $50 + 235 remainder)
Registration (after August 26): $310.00 per person
**This
package is only available for individuals who have someone with whom
they wish to share a room. Each registrant will need to register and
provide the name of the other person with whom you wish to share a room
to help us in making room assignments. Cost above is "per person."
"Full Retreat/Day Commuter" Package, includes:
~Full retreat program
~Lunches on Saturday and Sunday (2 meals; breakfasts and dinners optional as add-ons below)
~12.0 Continuing Education hours
Early Registration (total paid by Friday, August 26): $215.00 (or $50 + $165 remainder)

*Note:
Blue Ridge Conference Center's lodge rooms have two beds and do NOT
have telephones or televisions. Internet access is available in the
main lobby area. Check-in time for rooms is after 4pm on Friday;
Check-out time is by 11:00am on Sunday.
