Registration and Payment Process
Step 1: Registration ~ When you are ready to register, click the "I'm Ready to Register" link below for the Participant Information Page. You only need to submit ONE Participant Information form, and we will apply your information to any workshops you register for. If your information changes, please submit a new form so that we may update our records.

Step 2: Payment ~ To finalize your registration and hold your space in a specific training, you will need to submit payment. It is recommended that you pay online by charge/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) with our secure PayPal Service by using the button beside the specific training below, or you can mail a check (along with separate registration forms) to Prizms or coordinate check/cash payment directly with Prizms. (See CONTACT US page.)

That's right, two half-day workshops (and up to 6.0 CE hours) for only $11 per hour. When you purchase two I/T workshops at the same time,
choose from any of our scheduled I/T workshops or have your unused
"credit" applied toward future workshops to receive this special lower
rate!

Refund Policy
Requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to Prizms by mail or email. If a registrant cancels registration 14+ days before the beginning of a training, the full registration amount minus a $15.00 administrative fee will be refunded. Between 7-13 days before a training, 50% of the registration amount will be refunded. Registration fees are non-refundable less than 7 days from the beginning of a training. Exceptions to this policy are solely at the discretion of the Director of Prizms. Prizms reserves the right to cancel or postpone a training in certain situations, including, but not limited to, the following: minimum registration numbers not met; or unexpected instructor unavailability (i.e., illness). If Prizms cancels or postpones a training, current registrants would be offered placement in substantially equivalent trainings or would receive full refunds. If a refund is made, Prizms will make every effort to provide the refund within 30 days of the written request.
