Massage and Bodywork
Prizms offers professional massage and bodywork services, provided by licensed massage and bodywork therapists. Whether your goal is relaxation or more specific therapeutic or deep-tissue focus, our services offer you a safe and nurturing environment to experience health and healing for your physical body. We are trained in classic Swedish and Esalen massage techniques as well as therapeutic deeper-tissue approaches. Your sessions will be tailored to fit your needs and may include integration of other services as appropriate.
Somatic Awareness, Breathwork, and Relaxation
In addition to massage, we also include stretching exercises, activities for increasing awareness of one's own body, including posture, stance, etc., and breathwork to create a more holistic experience for relaxation and health.
