prizms Counseling and Consulting Services is located in Winston-Salem, NC and has been the private practice of Andy Moretz, M.Ed., LPC, since 1995. prizms offers a variety of services, ranging from more traditional psychotherapy for issues such as depression, anxiety, and addictions, to "wholistic" services for those wanting to live more authentic, balanced lives as they learn to integrate different aspects of their spirit, soul, mind, and body.
Our services are based on the premise that we all are spiritual beings walking our own unique paths in this human experience, doing the best we can at a given moment based on the limitations of what we have (or have not) learned so far. Sometimes that learning is sufficient to meet our needs as we face different challenging situations, and sometimes it is not. By identifying where we are experiencing "blocks" in our lives, we can learn new strategies to move past those limitations.
When we can learn better, we can choose to do better.
