"Life in the Balance" Meditation/Relaxation Classes
A unique "hands on" class in meditation and relaxation technique and practice for beginners as well as those with more experience.

During this month-long series, you will experience a variety of useful and enjoyable techniques to enhance your meditation practice while you learn to relax and reduce stress. Course topics and experiences include:
~Guided, Movement, Energetic, & Silent Meditations
~Holistic relaxation for Body, Mind, Soul and Spirit ~Meditation Manual which includes 30 days of meditation practice to determine what best fits YOU
~Practical techniques, including breathwork, movement, intentional focus and much more!
*Currently Scheduled Series (you choose ONE series):
1) October 12, 19, 26 and November 2 and 9 (5 MONDAYS from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm)
2) October 21, 28, and November 4, 11 and 18 (5 WEDNESDAYS from NOON - 1:30 pm)

*Schedule is subject to change based on demand (four participant minimum per series). Additional series will be offered through the year – check for updates. New series can also be developed to meet needs of specific groups upon request.
Cost: only $100 per person for the full course series (includes five sessions, “outside” meditation practices, and 30-day course meditation manual)
