About prizms
Prizms Center for MindBody Integration LLC is located in downtown Winston-Salem, NC. Previously operating under the name Prizms Counseling and Consulting Services, Prizms has been the private counseling practice of Andy Moretz since 1995. Reiki/energy work was added in 2002. Massage and bodywork therapy were added in 2009. Prizms offers a variety of services for those wanting to live more authentic, balanced lives as they learn to integrate different aspects of their spirit, soul, mind, and body.
Our services are based on the premise that we all are spiritual beings walking our own unique paths in this human experience, doing the best we can at a given moment based on the limitations of what we have (or have not) learned so far. Sometimes that learning is sufficient to meet our needs as we face different challenging situations, and sometimes it is not. By identifying where we are experiencing "blocks" in our lives, we can learn new strategies to move past those limitations.
When we can learn better, we can choose to do better.
